Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Avenue account and associated personal data.

Request deletion by email

1. Email privacy@avenuecy.com from the address linked to your Avenue account.
2. Use the subject line “Delete my Avenue account”.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request to protect your account.
4. We will process a verified request and confirm when deletion is complete.

What will be deleted

Your account record, saved events, followed venues, and other personal data linked to your account will be deleted or anonymised, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Submitted events and venues

Public event or venue information you submitted may be retained in anonymised form so that useful public listings remain available. Contact us if you also want specific submitted content removed.

Before you continue

Account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to your saved events and followed venues and will need to create a new account to use account features again.
