Why can’t I see an event I submitted?
Submissions are reviewed before appearing publicly. Check that your event details are complete and allow time for approval.
Why isn’t location working?
Open your iPhone Settings, find Avenue, choose Location, and allow access while using the app. You can still browse without sharing your location.
How do I save an event or follow a venue?
Sign in, then tap the save icon on an event or the Follow button on a venue profile.
How do I report incorrect or inappropriate content?
Email us with the event or venue name and a short explanation. We will review the listing.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on our account deletion page.
